The process we follow when doing remediation work:

  1. Identify the area that is affected.
  2. Seal the area off from the rest of your home, by building a containment.
  3. Duct the air outside of your home via an air-scrubbing unit.
  4. Remove the affected materials from the area.
  5. Clean the area after the affected materials have been removed.
  6. Have the area tested to ensure that it is safe.
  7. Prepare the area to be restored to its original state.

When replacing the roof vents they noticed that the dryer vent was plugged. One of the guys took a picture to show us and cleaned it out before replacing the vent - my wife is very happy as the dryer now works properly. Clean up was great, the roof and eavestroughs were blown off and all materials in the yard picked up. We definitely recommend Robert and his crew for a fair price and a job well done.
