Asbestos and Mold Remediation

Asbestos was used up until the late 1980s and can be found in your drywall seams, vinyl flooring, and sometimes ceiling tile as well. Whether you are looking to do upgrades to your business, or have found mold that has gone unnoticed, Alba Renovations Inc. is fully licensed to safely remove these materials.  Our process is to contain the area, duct the contaminated air outside of your business via an air-scrubbing unit, and then remove the affected materials from the area. We understand that this situation is highly inconvenient when it comes to your daily operations, which is why we do our best to complete our jobs in a timely manner so that you can get back to business.

The process we follow when doing remediation work:

  1. Identify the area that is affected.
  2. Seal the area off from the rest of your business, by building a containment.
  3. Duct the air outside of your business via an air-scrubbing unit.
  4. Remove the affected materials from the area.
  5. Clean the area after the affected materials have been removed.
  6. Have the area tested to ensure that it is safe.
  7. Prepare the area to be restored to its original state.

    Alba Renovations were awarded to complete building reconstruction work for Government Senior Citizens Lodge after building suffered damages due to an accident at a nearby construction site. When replacing the roof vents they noticed that the dryer vent was plugged. One of the guys took a picture to show us and cleaned it out before replacing the vent - my wife is very happy as the dryer now works properly. Clean up was great, the roof and eavestroughs were blown off and all materials in the yard picked up. We definitely recommend Robert and his crew for a fair price and a job well done.
